Captain
Steven Miller
Captain Steven Miller is a local and long-time guide in the Pensacola and Perdido Key area. He has spent his life on the water, teaching and guiding people as they have an amazing experience while fishing.
He has always been passionate about sharing his love of fishing, especially for Red Snapper and Triggerfish. He loves hosting large fishing groups and having a boat filled with guests and fish. At the end of the trip, his goal is to create a launching pad for more fishing adventures in the future—definitely not the last trip that they’ll be having!
As someone who grew up fishing, Captain Steven enjoys having children on board. It is a delight to see young kids get their first catch, and even hold up a trophy fish despite how young they are. For him, fishing is one of the best ways to keep the kids busy and engaged with outdoor activities.
Our Deckhands
These mighty maritime mavens possess a level of skill, knowledge, and passion for angling that is truly awe-inspiring. Need help baiting your hook? No problem – our deckhands can practically tie a perfect knot blindfolded while simultaneously reciting Hemingway’s classic “The Old Man and the Sea”.
Even if you find yourself in a tangled mess of fishing lines resembling a modern art installation, fear not, because our deckhands will swoop in like fishing line superheroes and save the day. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride because with our exceptional deck hands by your side, all your fishing needs are well taken care of – hook, line, and sinker!
Jay
Meet Jay, the legendary deckhand who has been fishing the high seas since Noah’s Ark set sail. This guy knows more about fishing than Captain Ahab himself. Whether it’s baiting hooks, retrieving fish, or untangling lines (and some pretty gnarly knots), Jay can do anything on a boat except grow fins – though we are pretty sure he might have secret mermaid ancestry. When he’s not reeling in a catch of a lifetime, you’ll find Jay chugging Mountain Dew as if it were ambrosia from the gods. So if you ever spot Jay on the open waters, tip your captain’s hat to him and be sure to ask for his autograph – he’s practically angling royalty!
